Program Locations & Drop-In Info
Alcove operates out of two spaces, so please check the location listed for each program before attending.
Alcove Core is our main, publicly accessible space, open five days a week for drop-in art and regular programming.
Alcove Beltline is used for scheduled workshops and private events only and is not open for drop-ins.

Love Letters From the Diaspora: An Evening of Storytelling, Poetry and Love!
Love Letters From the Diaspora is a Calgary Culture Days event presented by The Fourth Space, showcasing love stories from different cultures and culminating in an open mic where people can share the stories, songs, and traditions of love from their own backgrounds.
The Green Room DJ Workshop
The Green Room is a space for creatives, centered around sound, artistry, and development. A new networking hub designed for creatives of all levels to develop and collaborate
Album listening party - L’amour L’epapier (live rendition)
This event is a live rendition of a to-be released project by Calgary-based artists Levraimaki and Kovs. This is the second Calgary show for this project and the only live rendition show, with featured artists to be decided this weekend. There will be a break after each rendition of a song to give room for the audience to ask questions relating to project/songs.

Rplanet Vol 2
We are a local collective called Rplanet from Calgary showcasing our new music, fashion and art at Alcove. This will be the second Rplanet showcase of the year featuring the Rplanet team and some new featuring artists. Come have some drinks with us at the new Alcove Beltline Location to end the summer! Proof of Concept (ft. Earlybird and Friends)
Proof of Concept is DJ Earlybird's first dance-forward party. Earlybird will play genres, bpms, and energy levels that don't appear in his typical lounge, restaurant, and coffee shop sets. For the first iteration, he's teaming up with Roulette, an up-and-coming EDM crew, and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones while packing the dance floor. Come early or come late. Either way, expect surprises.
