It’s an exciting time, as Alcove is currently developing a strategic plan, with support from Evolved Organizational Development. This process will help us reflect on how Alcove has evolved, clarify our priorities for the future, and develop a strategic plan to guide the organization's next chapter.

Through the Community Strategic Planning Session, we will gather insight from our community members regarding key community-facing strategic questions that have emerged from our discussions. We hope the resulting strategy reflects the aspirations, needs, and experiences of Alcove's broader community!
